Top 5 Art and Design Apps on Android in UAE Q4 2021

During the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 Art and Design apps on the Android platform in the United Arab Emirates showcased diverse performance trends. Data from Sensor Tower reveals insights into their weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics.

Canva: Design, Art & AI Editor saw a significant rise in weekly revenue, starting at around $630 and peaking at approximately $1.4K by the end of December. Weekly downloads fluctuated, beginning at 6.2K and dropping to a low of 3.4K before climbing back up to 6.3K. Active users also increased steadily, from 35.9K to 40.8K over the quarter.

GoDaddy Studio: Graphic Design experienced a slight decline in weekly revenue, starting at $376 and ending at $222. Weekly downloads showed a downward trend, beginning at 13.9K and closing at 9.1K. The app’s active user count also decreased from 14.2K to 11.9K.

Adobe Express: AI Video Design had relatively low revenue, with slight fluctuations from $24 to $37. Downloads varied minimally, ranging from 114 to 167 weekly. Active users grew from 409 to 615 by the end of the quarter.

ibis Paint X showed a gradual increase in revenue, starting at $19 and reaching $66 by the end of December. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 1.7K and 2.7K. Active users saw a modest increase from 15.9K to 16.7K.

Clip Studio Paint demonstrated a notable increase in revenue towards the end of the quarter, from $17 to $34. Downloads started at 36 and peaked at 85 before settling at 52. Active users increased from 259 to 343 over the same period.
